As a therapist I see myself as a guide. The support I proved will meet you where you are at. I am here to help you discover your goals and walk alongside you as you pursue them. I work with clients in the outdoors and online.

I specialize in adults who want more out of life. I'm passionate about helping people heal from burnout and rediscover their adventurous spirit. We can explore your inner strengths, build hope and move towards what you want for the road ahead.

I enjoy working with people who are ready to look deeper in order to live more fully. I specialize in working with men in particular as well as younger adults who are looking to navigate stress and make progress in their lives.

I'm a therapist because I know that healing is possible and support is essential. I believe that therapy helps us to realize our truest self.

I offer sessions both online and outdoors. I work with clients in the outdoors because I believe nature heals.

When I'm not in session I'm usually with my dog Hank and cat Peggy. I love long distance cycling, live music, traveling in the PNW, plunging and paddle boarding in the sound, collecting vinyl (and in general) and enjoying a good book.
