Teens (13-19), young adults, parents, and queer folks are my jam. If you have chronic thoughts of suicide, self harm, or anxiety and depression due to our economic system, we can explore more authentic ways of being safely.

I love people and our complexities and pains and joys and curiosities. I became a social work to be a part of the change I want to see in the world.
