I am gentle, but I will challenge you. I take a collaborative approach to doing hard work and figuring out the answers you need to move forward with your life. Some people just hold you, but I want to see you grow.

We look at old patterns that no longer serve you but are difficult to let go. We explore how identity intersects with our past, how our values evolve, and identify our wants, needs, and desires now. You will find your voice in and out of the bedroom.

Are motivated and ready to do deep work. My clients are smart and can MacGyver their way through a lot but are also tired of doing it alone. They want to be challenged and called on their bullshit. They want to take off the mask and truly be seen.

Humaning is hard. I wanted to understand why we experienced pain and how to make it stop. I wanted to help prevent it from happening again.

I work in a cozy office with beautiful trees, plenty of parking, and my therapy dog Nike (the best part of all).
