Someone who helps them feel safe and validated. My clients sense my warm, non-judgmental attitude and feel safe learning new tools together.
It's a mashup of cutting edge evidence-based tools and faith in you reaching your full potential. In one session we may dive into the science of mindfulness then explore your inner most thoughts and feelings. You'll have my support throughout it all.
Find clarity on your true feelings and values; bolster your innate strengths; learn about setting healthy boundaries; and foster self-compassion, resulting in renewed confidence along with other deep inner and outer transformations.
Have it all together on the outside but really struggle with worry, overwhelm, and negative thought patterns internally. My clients feel the pressure to meet the demands of career and their home life. Burnout, fatigue, and stress are common terms.
There is nothing more rewarding than helping someone see their strength and transform their self-doubt into empowered confidence.
My clients come to me for help with anxiety and burnout. What they don't anticipate is the impact on their relationships and confidence.
I have done my own therapy and coaching and I don't give my clients tools that I haven't used myself to see firsthand the transformative effect.
