Identify relational, thought and behavioral patterns that may have once been functional but are no longer helpful. I provide active therapy that has a practical application to help with immediate symptom relief while also looking at old patterns

I especially like working with other therapists and/or people who work in helping professions including teachers, because I am passionate about helping helpers connect to their own needs.
