Affirming, fun, and bright. I try to be a collaborative and warm presence, and aim to offer as much support, empathy, and compassion as possible.

I aim to be a cheerleader & "on your team" as we explore tough topics that you may have never explored or said out loud before. I welcome diverse expression and am fine with taking therapy at your pace and meeting you with acceptance where you're at.

Let's tackle the issues that society views as taboo. I enjoy working with folks to discuss and explore sexuality topics: gender, sexuality, sexual pain, poly & nonmonogamy, kink, relationship stuff, finding pleasure again, and healing trauma.

I love working with folks who want to adopt more positivity and understanding into their lives. My clients are curious and compassionate and sometimes struggle with directing that same compassion toward themselves that they would for others.

I love working with folks and having collaborative conversations, and I am really passionate about self-acceptance and accepting diverse sexuality.

My practice is affirming and sex-positive. We are pleased to work both virtually and in-person and offer folks that flexibility.
