My goal is to support your journey. I take a combined approach to therapy using aspects from CBT, ACT, and DBT. I am a relational therapist, meaning that I value your feedback and want to work with you to achieve your goals.
Therapy can be uncomfortable at times, but through discomfort there can be change, acceptance, and happiness. Together, we will create goals that fit your needs that will increase your contentment within your daily life.
I work with women and new parents who are struggling with the transition to pregnancy or parenting and want to feel more enjoyment and confidence in their new identity and relationships.

I provide a warm environment, both in-person and virtually, for you to feel comfortable with sharing aspects of your life that may be hard to discuss.
