Warm, empathetic, compassionate, insightful, gentle, real, non-judgmental, encouraging, non-intimidating, and supportive. I also like to laugh!
I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the most important factor to change and I strive to give all my clients a safe and judgment-free session. I listen and help you find your voice. It's there-even if you haven't heard it recently!
Create real goals that address the underlying issues and difficulties that may be making your everyday life harder. My hope is that you begin to feel as though you are a better version of yourself! We can also dive deeper into issues via testing.
Have a history of trauma, have mood fluctuations, struggle with focus and attention, feel anxious, depressed, irritable, and/or who are perfectionists. I also have experience in working with military families and service members and caregivers.
I wanted to help. I enjoy working with people and watching them realize they have everything they need within themselves.
I believe that anyone, no matter what their age or life experiences, can grow and change. I have experience with all ages and know therapy helps.
Starting therapy can be frightening and, for a lot of us, talking about our feelings doesn’t come easy. I want everyone to know that it's normal to feel nervous at first and that it is worth it to get your life back.
