Clients have come to expect a calming and uplifting session. While feeling empowered and supported during sessions to promote long term healing.
While I use several therapeutic approaches like CBT, EMDR and mindfulness therapies. My overall style is person centered. This means each person will be treated individually, based on their own unique therapy needs.
We can learn to rise above our past or present difficulties. We can explore how anxiety, depression and childhood trauma keep us from living a physically and mentally healthy life. The goal is to learn skills enabling us to enjoy our lives.
My clients struggle with depression, anxiety and PTSD. Some of the symptoms are: sadness, irritability, insomnia, brain fog, worry, physical aches and pains, headaches and loss of interest in activities. Therapy can help clients enjoy life again.
I have always had the innate ability to understand people at a deeper level. I am drawn toward helping others, so becoming a therapist seemed natural.
The outside entry is surrounded by flowers, the lobby is warm and inviting. My office offers a natural calmness that feels emotionally safe.
I am typically quiet, an introvert by nature, I have a warm yet inquisitive personality. I have designed an office and therapy style which with teamwork, can help restore your energy and faith in yourself.
