Warm, personable, genuinely interested in the client's needs, creative, flexible, responsive, caring, sensitive, non-judgmental.
I am humanistic, focused on each client's unique needs and values. Together we will work on what you want to explore and heal. I will keep you informed of your progress on your treatment, and always seek your input. You have survived until today!
Together we will explore your discomforts and difficulties, as well as your strengths, skills and abilities. Your past successes will fuel your future comfort. You will reach your personal wellness goals!
I specialize in working with people struggling with life transitions. I have helped elders, teens, and parents. Life throws many challenges our way. I can help with the small & large transitions, and the symptoms the transitions may cause.
I survived my own personal tragedies from childhood to adulthood. I want to help others find their serenity and joy.
Online sessions keep us all safe from sharing common illnesses. In person sessions are held in a very sweet cottage, not a cold office complex.
I work without judgement. I give unconditional positive regard. This uncovers your strengths. All of us make errors, get confused, and have regrets. I can give you tools to solve life's problems. We're all in this together!
