My approach to therapy is client centered and begins with a conversation to get to know you, your history, identities, struggles and strengths. Therapy begins as you are able to trust me and the process and honestly share your thoughts and feelings.

We will develop new insights and self awareness. This might include clarifying values, understanding relationship dynamics, or recognizing the impact past experiences have on current functioning. New insights provide direction for needed change.

I specialize in working with high-achieving adults who seem to have it all together on the outside, but on the inside are hurting and lonely. They only feel valued for what they do rather than who they are and are tired of living a superficial life.

I have always known I would be a psychologist - I have always wanted to help ease the hurt or pain of others.
