I believe the therapeutic relationship is especially important and uses a person-centered approach to get to know my clients more and to build rapport. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused.
My goal is to let my clients discover things within themselves and learn new skills to be able to walk towards healing and healthier lifestyle.
I provide counseling services to individuals, couples, and groups from different cultures and background dealing with various issues including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and grief and loss.
I am a national board certified counselor. I have a bachelor's degree in Psychology and master's in clinical mental health counseling.
I have gained experience in different modalities including school settings, community counseling, and private practice.
