I believe psychotherapy is a collaborative process, wherein I partner with you, the client, to help you achieve your desired goals for your life. So my approach is supportive and encouraging but directive and goal driven.
Identify issues that are causing stress and/or preventing you from achieving your goals. Work together to resolve those issues or help you learn to cope with them in such a way that they no longer present a barrier to your goal achievement.
I specialize in working with women and girls (ages 13+) with all aspects of their lives, including ADHD/ADD, self care, work-life balance, relationships, anxiety, depression and parenting.
I love helping women and girls live life to their fullest in an authentic way that works for them.

My approach to therapy stresses the importance of the way we think and how that impacts how we feel and act. It is therapy that is directed at changing one’s thoughts which in turn changes feelings and behavior.
