Straight forward. I believe in finding a balance between empathy and momentum forward. After all, if venting was enough then you wouldn't need me.

I focus on mindfulness and acceptance. That doesn't mean we sit idly by. It means we practice self-compassion, set realistic goals for where we are in life, and make time for self. This is essential for women, as caring for others can wear us down.

Let me help YOU get unstuck. What I have found through my years of experience is that changes in life (i.e. both wanted and unwanted) can be difficult. I can help you navigate those bumps, so you start seeing the growth within YOU.

I work with busy adults, specifically moms trying to juggle it and get off the anger/guilt cycle. I also work with those of immigrant background for whom mental health wasn't discussed in their family or community.

My therapist journey hasn't been straight forward, what has remained steady is my passion. At some point in life, we all need a little bit of help.
