I specialize in anxiety and trauma, recognizing that these can affect us in different ways. I also regularly work with individuals who experience depression, substance use, perfectionism, low motivation, or burnout.

I’ve always been interested in hearing people’s stories, exploring different perspectives, and understanding the “why” of human behavior.
